  • It is important to acknowledge that we provide medical treatments at Jeune Aesthetics. Please complete all relevant forms sent to you, prior to your appointment. This allows us to understand your medical history, identify any possible contraindications and maximise the time allocated for your consultation. Please avoid wearing makeup where possible.

  • Consultation fees and treatment deposits will be collected through our booking system. Deposits confirm your appointment and will be deducted from your service total on the day of your treatment.

    Consultation fees will be redeemable on treatments booked or products purchased on the day.

  • At Jeune Aesthetics, we understand that last minute circumstances can occur. Please advise the clinic as soon as able to advise of cancellation or inability to attend. Your deposit will be held on file for one week, in which time you can reschedule your appointment. After such time, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, Jeune Aesthetics is not child friendly. Should you attend your appointment with your child, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

  • The best tan result is a combination of both preparation and technique! Lets work together to create a beautiful bronzed glow, just for you.

    Please follow these instructions to best prepare for your tanning appointment:

    Waxing at least 24hrs prior | Exfoliation/shaving is recommended 6-24hrs prior | No makeup, moisturisers, deodorant and perfume | Dress in loose, dark clothing

    **particularly avoid sports deodorant
